Overview

Meridian Hotels is a premium boutique hotel group that celebrates the rich cultural heritage and warm hospitality of the African continent. To attract discerning international travelers and domestic tourists, they needed a cohesive brand identity and digital presence that reflects their upscale, culturally-rich service standards.

The Challenge

With a highly competitive hospitality landscape, Meridian needed to transition away from generic corporate aesthetics. They struggled to visually communicate their unique "modern African heritage" value proposition online, resulting in low direct bookings and heavy reliance on high-commission OTA channels.

Our Solution

We crafted a refined visual identity system incorporating warm earth tones, patterns inspired by traditional African textiles, and custom elegant typography. We translated this identity into a completely redesigned web experience with a seamless booking flow, striking photography highlights, and a lifestyle journal celebrating local guides.
