Overview

Keza Skincare is a clean beauty brand celebrating organic ingredients sourced ethically across Africa. To capture the attention of a highly active online demographic, Keza partnered with us to redesign their social media strategy and turn passive followers into brand evangelists.

The Challenge

Despite having high-quality products, Keza was struggling to stand out on social feeds. Their content was product-heavy, transaction-focused, and lacked community connection, resulting in flat engagement rates and high customer acquisition costs.

Our Solution

We designed a community-first content strategy focusing on skin health education, user-generated content, transparent ingredient stories, and highly aesthetic lifestyle visuals. We established a consistent visual theme, produced weekly short-form video reels, and initiated influencer partnerships.
